During the inspection, your technician will look for any issues concerning water leakage or structural damage. They’ll also be looking at both the interior and exterior of your roof to ensure there are no missing shingles, cracks in flashing, or other signs of wear and tear. This allows them to identify potential problems before they become a major issue - saving you time and money in costly repairs down the line. Your technician can also check for any ventilation issues that may have developed over time from leaves or debris blocking air flow through your system – something often overlooked by homeowners when inspecting their roofs themselves.
